How To Choose The Perfect Wedding Theme

The first step in any marriage planning needs to be choosing your wedding theme.  The wedding theme that you at last decide on will make the remainder of your wedding plans and preparations way easier as it narrows down the choices you need to make for things like table favors, decorations, flowers and anything else that you want.

Most couples will cooperate on deciding what the theme of the wedding is going to be and if they both have a typical interest or pastime it can be fairly easy to settle on the theme.  The majority of themes are decided on easy things like color or picking a specific season of the year, but if you’d like something more flamboyant and weird like a Viking wedding theme then planning would be much more complex and costs definitely higher.  Before you make a decision on a wedding theme there are a few things that you need to consider.

One of the major influencing factors for your wedding theme is the time of year that you would like to have your wedding.  Many themes aren’t weather dependent, but if your heart is set on a beach theme then you would either have to make a contingency plan in case the weather turns bad or consider a destination wedding in a country such as Bali or Philippines where you are guaranteed wonderful bright weather during certain times of the year.  This may work out more expensive depending on the scale of your guest list, but is definitely something to consider when opting for a beach wedding theme.

Cost is also a major consideration when doing the planning for your wedding theme.  If you are set on a theme that may involve special costumes for guests then you could be in a position to get pals and family involved in helping with the preparations.  Flower displays, decorations, catering could be done with aid from close acquaintances and family to chop the costs down and give you a larger budget for props.

Whatever theme you decide on you want to plan it well for it to be unusual.  because you spend a lot of money on a wedding theme doesn’t guarantee that it will be any different from the other weddings.  The key to making an individual wedding theme that’ll be unique is to narrow everything down when you have decided on your main theme.  Take a forests theme as an example, why are you wanting a forest theme?  What interests you about the forest?  Is it the trees, the butterflies or the mystery that is related to forest life, the fairies, orcs or the mushrooms?

Can you imagine a wedding that uses butterflies as the main theme, the bright colors, and the rounded edges of their wings?  The velvety feel a butterfly brings to mind already conjures up thousands of ideas.  Being specific at this stage will make a fabulous, noteworthy wedding that will be thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

If you’re going to have a complicated wedding theme, you want to make sure that you debate this with your Sydney wedding videographer when making your wedding videographer reservations as they’re going to need to know in advance if they need to bring any special equipment or provide additional lighting.  Even though your wedding looks great when you’re standing there, ensuring that your theme is captured by a pro wedding videographer will make sure that your marriage video comes to life as you watch it time after time again. Make sure to check out their wedding video testimonials, especially ones that had complex wedding themes to check the quality of the final production
