After the big thrill of the engagement there comes a moment when wedding planning needs to begin. When the ring is on the finger the questions start pouring. Before two people can bind their destinies, a lot of things have to be taken care of. Not unless you’d resolve for elopement to have a quick wedding. From a traditional perspective, planning for a wedding covers more or less simple steps or stages (like planning for the venue, the food, grooms speech, best man speech, etc.).

Early starters will finish sooner and enjoy a better event. You’ll face more stress in the last two or three weeks before the wedding, but at least you know it won’t be long before the big day. Plus, careful in-advance planning makes it possible to deal with service providers or vendors differently. Take care of the ceremony and the party location first and then move on to the next stages. Flexibility helps when it comes to setting a date and finding a restaurant or a hall available for that day.

Dress trial is one other ‘obstacle’ and it takes a while to find a nice dress to buy. Have a look at all sorts of styles and get ideas until you can finally consider that you’ve found the perfect one. And little by little you’ll go through all the steps necessary. Planning a wedding ought to bring joy, not tension and troubles. Plan in small stages, take everything step by step, and doing this will lessen the pressure.

Then, allow yourself the chance of not taking care of everything yourself. Accept help from friends and family members, or risk to feel too stressed and miserable because of not being able to handle everything on your own. Rely on those people you put most trust in, and be sure that they will do things according to your wishes. Planning a wedding gives rise to many debates and conflicts between the in laws for instance.

Unfortunately the groom wedding speech isn’t a completely free piece of writing – No unfortunately, it requires structure to ensure you don’t forget to mention anyone. It took me a long time to realise, but basically it’s about keeping everyone happy to ensure your wedding day goes perfectly!

Thanking The Right People

One of the first things I incorporated into my grooms speech, was to thank just about anyone who had got me to where I was on that wedding day. That is whether it is the bestman, the maid of honor or your lovely bride. And don’t forget the father of the groom wedding speech!

As a side note, groom speeches are the most formal of all the wedding speeches. It is important that it is not as sentimental as the father of the bride speech, nor as funny as the best man’s speech? Mentioning Your Bride and Family

You should mention how you met (even though everyone has heard it a thousand times!). This always goes down well, and is a great for all of those who have made such an effort to be there on your big day.

Next, I will try to add in anecdotes or praise of my family as it is a good opportunity to show the special people in your life what they mean to you. They may not have had a direct part in the wedding but they may have played a special part in your life.

Remember, your wedding day is about the love for your bride, but it’s also about having family and friends around you. {It really is about keeping every one of the wedding guests happy.
