Wedding Favors On A Budget: Straightforward Yet Classy Gifts

Not everyone has thousands of bucks to spend on a wedding. Perhaps many would like to have that much, but the grim reality of it all is that many couples these days are looking to do their weddings as easy and minimal cost as practical. The small details can make a huge effect on a wedding, but wedding favors on a budget is possible. Many of us are not mindful of this, but there are several things you can do on your own to make your special day even more unique and personalized with your own special touch, from the dcor to your center piece decorations.

Buy in Large Quantities

One of many places to start is to buy wedding gifts in large quantities. There are many vendors who offer favors as well as other items for your wedding at a lower cost if you buy in larger quantities. Wedding favor gifts can still be excellent for your loved ones this way and can help to save you cash that can be spent on your honeymoon or may be employed for other areas of the ceremony. You will find there are several vendors that do this so you may want to do some comparison shopping before proceeding to make a last decision.

Go for Silk Flowers

While real flowers can add a light smell to your reception and ceremony hall, you’ll be able to find fake flowers that are just as stunning with a better price tag. Consider having your dcor flowers silk while still have the wedding party’s bouquets and corsages real flowers. This is especially true for those that are considering using flowers for the centerpieces or for in depth decorating in the celebration.

Candles or Candies

Other great wedding favors on a low budget include little baggies of candies or candles. You will find lace or other netting bag ideas online or in your local fabric store that may save you cash. There are some places that offer large amounts of a specific candy for your wedding that may help cut back on the price too. Regarding candles, consider getting tiny votive holders and candles formed as hearts or doves. Wrap them in a material, transparent bag and tie it up with a complex ribbon. These are small but unique and significant wedding favors.

Pens

Other great wedding favors on a low budget are pens. You can buy these in bulk from engraving stores, and they sometimes offer a discount on engraving too. Think about getting each guest a pen with their name etched on it. Talk with your local gift shop that offers engraving and see what type of discount it is easy to get for ordering in such a large quantity.
